All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain amount.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel.

If there is any unexpected delay in your order, we will notify you. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
