No Refund & No Return Policy

We value every customer and ensure that each order is carefully checked and securely packed before shipping. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We may request photo or video proof to review the issue. If verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all Beauty Tea products are non-returnable once delivered.

Order Issues

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts by courier services.
